Here’s what you need to do.
Configure 1 Attendant Number.
- Allow this group as a caller ID for agents.
- Distribute calls to the agent’s softphone and mobile.
- Set the distribution to ring 2 agents at a time.
- Set the queue size to 5.
- Set the waiting time to 3 minutes for new calls.
- Forward calls when the queue is full.
- Set waiting time to 4 minutes for calls in the queue.
- Configure a no agent forwarding number.
- Set the number of distribution attempts to 3.
- Configure callback settings.
- Assign your group as member.
- Enable camp on, set duration to 20 and 50 seconds.
- Distribute to an agent by priority.
- Distribute calls to the agent’s softphone and mobile.
