Time to test Function Numbers!
Here’s what you need to do.
Configure 1 Auto Attendant Number.
- Configure dial extension option, assign your group as reachable here.
- Configure dial a number option, to transfer the call to Support.
- Configure dial by name, and assign your group as reachable here.
- Configure menu option, with several IVR trees.
- Set ‘0’ as the assistance number key and define the assistance number i.e. Switchboard.
