Let’s test Call Intrusion
Here’s what to do:
- Allow group ”Administration” to intrude calls to you.
- While you are engaged on a call, have another user intrude on your call from a desktop application (user from the Administration group) by clicking on Call menu > Intrude ongoing call.
Please note: The menu being referred to is via the Desktop Application not on the Admin GUI
