We charge a fixed monthly fee with the main differences being the amount of hours development work we will allocate each month towards content and/or platform customisation and development.

No, we have a fixed monthly platform fee and not charge per user for access to the platform. Users can also remain on the platform for as long as you allow them to.

We do not have a fixed contract term, however, we require 60 days notice for migration between packages, or 90 days cancellation notice to ensure full compliance for off-boarding and deletion of all customer data. 

Of course, we will provide you with Admin access to the platform so that you can load your own courses and content.

There are a few options but the most common is to connect a Google Sheet to automate user creation and enrollments. With this integration, every time you add a new user to the Sheet, they are automatically created and enrolled into the selected courses you allocate.

You can also carry out enrollments manually or automatically by having your customer visit a dedicated URL that you have set for their users specifically.

We’ve developed complete end-user training courses for the most common VoIP devices and UC applications from some of the biggest industry names. These courses are made available to you to use as is, or you can edit them to suit your desired projects.

Depending on the package you subscribe to, we can develop content specifically for your business.

Yes! Depending on the package you subscribe to, we can develop content specifically for your business. Alternatively, we can also use the courses from our marketplace as a template for any course that you want created for your customers.

Yes, both the platform and our training content can be translated into different languages. There is a surcharge for courses that need to be translated and reviewed.
