Attended Transfer (With Consultation)

1. Put the caller on hold.

2. Dial the recipient’s number.

3. Once they confirm, press Transfer and Confirm.

Blind Transfer (Without Consultation)

1. Dial the recipient’s number while on a call.

2. Press Confirm to complete the transfer.
